Learning outcomes
Having this skill means that adult
educator-coach is able to:
- understand the new opportunities related for women’s employment in the digital sector,
- develop arguments for female learners to show them that they can all join digital sector in accordance with their level of education (high, higher, vocational),
- find information on training or retraining in the digital sector in accordance with the female learners needs and situation and motivate female learners towards re-qualification in the digital sector of the labour market.
