The aim of the Step by Step guide is to provide Business Coaches/Advisers working with entrepreneurs from marginalised groups with the knowledge, insight and skills to practically use the Access Enterprise Methodology.

The Step by Step Guide provides advice and guidance to Projects/Services who wish to use the Access Enterprise methodology on the type of people to recruit as Business Coaches and the learning and training methods used within Access Enterprise. It also provides breakdown of the different steps of business development which entrepreneurs should be coached through and provides useful information and case studies about the different phases. However we should stress that the Access Enterprise method is very flexible and pragmatic approach where, if you maintain the guiding principles, can be delivered in almost every setting with every learner, in groups or on a one to one basis
