Assessment of the training results
The assessment strategy to recognise the adult educators-coaches competencies obtained during the training course Go-Digital is based on a self-assessment test, which includes randomly selected 30 closed questions, 5 for each of the 6 competencies developed within the training course Go-Digital.
The assessment procedure is closely connected to two options provided for learners while entering the MOOC:
- If you enter the training course as a registered person with your Name, you will be able, after completing the post-assessment test successfully, to get the Digital badge “Coach on female employment in the digital sector to promote gender equality in the labour market” with your Name on it. Digital badge displays on the MOOC, after the finishing the training process and has a meta-data to communicate details of the badge to anyone wishing to verify it or learn more about the context of the achievement it signifies
- If you decided to enter the training course as a GUEST (without registration to the training as a concrete person) you will not be provided with possibility to fulfill any quiz and the assessment test, thus you will not be provided with the Digital Badge.
The assessment strategy includes two stages: pre-assessment and post-assessment and it allows define the impact of the training course on developing the necessary competences.
