• analyse the factors influencing pay gap and explain the negative influence of gender-based segregation in the labour market on the pay gap,
• analyse the pay gap within the digital sector,
• explain for female learners the impact of pay gap on women’s pensions and poverty,
• emphasize significance and measures of reducing the gender pay gap.
