Learning outcomes


Having this skill means that the adult educator is able to:

  • Understand the importance of using non-discriminatory language within the learning process
  • Deal with disadvantaged female learners in full respect
  • Use of inclusive language (i.e.: avoid the use of pejorative terms or jokes about the gender, race, or ethnicity)
  • Discuss with the female learners the necessity to avoid the discriminatory vocabulary towards other learners within the learning process, especially in the group learning
