Having this skill means that adult educator-coach is able to:

• raise awareness of the benefits for women to be employed in the digital sector of the labour market,
• highlight the financial benefits for women working in the digital market,
• use role models for women’s motivation to be employed in the digital sector of the labour market and share stories of opportunities and challenges,
• highlight that the key benefit of the digital economy is that it allows and encourages remote working and offers women the possibility to better combine motherhood and the pursuit of a career.
