Learning outcomes
Having this skill means that adult educator-coach is able to:
- understand the importance of the role model method for motivation the female learner to seek positive changes in their lives,
- use the role model method during the facilitating process and encourage the female learner to discuss the possibility to follow the role model,
- recognise and collect examples of good practices in accordance with the learner’s needs and situation,
- use examples of good practices during the facilitating process and encourage female learners to seek good practices on the Internet or other sources, and discuss the possibility to follow it.
