Learning outcomes
Having this skill means that adult educator-coach is able to:
- understand the importance of developing the action plans to achieve the desirable results,
- explain to female learners how to prepare/develop an action plan using the format suggested by the facilitator,
- encourage the female learners to search for the different open educational resources and paid courses in the digital sector, which could be included in their Action Plans in order to improve digital skills, necessary to achieve the results,
- support female learners in developing action plans towards getting employment in the digital sector.
